Fuminori Gunji
Fuminori Gunji is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in robotics, fintech, and international expansion. He was a founding team member at Softbank Robotics from 2013 to 2016, where he led domestic B2B operations and overseas expansion initiatives. In 2017, he joined MakeLeaps as head of business development, successfully orchestrating the company's acquisition by Ricoh in 2018. He subsequently served as COO of MakeLeaps until 2021. Gunji brings a unique multicultural perspective, having been raised across German, Japanese, and English-speaking environments. He currently serves as an adviser at Blue Circle and mentors startups through 500 Startups, a prominent global venture capital firm.
